a cross\u2011stack agent can extend these capabilities into other tools.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salesforce \u2013 enterprise Customer 360 with Agentforce<br>Primary role: global standard for enterprise CRM, with integrated Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud.\u200b<br>Recent evolution: newer releases deepen Einstein Copilot and introduce Agentforce, enabling AI agents to execute workflows across Salesforce clouds.\u200b<br>Agentic opportunity: Salesforce can be the \u201chome\u201d for enterprise agents, which orchestrate sales, service, and marketing tasks with strong governance controls and trusted URL enforcement.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adobe Experience Cloud \u2013 content-centric CX with RT\u2011CDP<br>Primary role: integrated ecosystem for content management, B2B marketing (Marketo Engage), and real-time orchestration (Journey Optimizer) on top of RT\u2011CDP.\u200b<br>Recent evolution: RT\u2011CDP Collaboration and new releases emphasise data collaboration, unified B2C\/B2B strategies, and real\u2011time activation across brands.\u200b<br>Agentic opportunity: agents can operate on a rich canvas of content, journeys, and unified profiles to manage multi\u2011brand experiences across regions.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\u201cYour architecture should make the division of labour between humans and agents explicit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>India Architecture Patterns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u201cWhatsApp spine\u201d pattern<br>For many Indian fintech and NBFC players, WhatsApp plus SMS has effectively become the communication spine: OTPs, KYC reminders, repayment nudges, and service queries all run through these pipes. In this pattern, Netcore or an equivalent infra provider anchors reliable messaging, MoEngage or CleverTap orchestrates context\u2011aware journeys, and Salesforce or a local CRM keeps the system of record. The agent layer sits on top, deciding which message to send, through which channel, at what risk level.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u201cCDP\u2011first retailer\u201d pattern<br>A fast\u2011growing Indian fashion retailer operating across metros and Tier\u20112 cities implemented a CDP as the \u201cbrain\u201d between POS, e\u2011commerce, and app data.
